Talent Management (TM) is responsible for all the processes that shape an AIESECer’s experience from his or her application to his or her journey to the future. TM focuses on providing a high quality AIESEC Experience for its members from their first point of contact with AIESEC to their exit interview when they’re preparing to for their future plans.
