AIESEC Philippines takes pride in its strict membership selection but this is only the first step that AIESEC takes in order to ensure that it continues to offer the world the best and brightest future leaders of society. As part of their training, new members must attend NLDS and learn the true meaning of AIESEC, the unique operations of the organization, and be introduced to the new world that they are now a part of. Basic marketing skills, leadership evaluation, team work, and basic project management are just some of the things taught during this 4 day event.
