Global Internship Program

Through the AIESEC Global Internship Program, we recruit individuals to work in partner companies of AIESEC universities abroad. AIESEC universities abroad also recruit and send individuals to work as interns in our partner companies in the Philippines.

The AIESEC Global Internship Program:
  • Allows participants to hone their leadership skills further through work-abroad traineeships
  • Gives partner companies access to a global talent pool of the best and the brightest students, to our network of alumni,  and to our partner companies which include the United Nations, Cadbury-Schweppes, Procter & Gamble, DHL, Unilever, PwC, UBS, and Electrolux, to name a few.
  • Is a cost-efficient, tailored and reliable recruitment, and an integration of academic and working backgrounds companies would require of trainees.

How the Global Internship Program works
AIESEC UP Diliman currently has two Projects Based on Exchange:

GK BuILD Project
The BuILD Project or Business Implementation for Livelihood Development Project is the manifestation of the long partnership between Gawad Kalinga and AIESEC in the Philippines. The program centers on the concept of social entrepreneurship and business making as tools for alleviating poverty. The Program is designed to expose AIESEC interns on how business making and enterprising can generate income and provide financing for the education of the community’s youth by setting up sustainable business ventures.

The project aims to allow the participants to get to know the Filipino culture by living with host families within the communities and being involved in community-building activities such as attending seminars, volunteering in house-building activities, and even teaching the young ones.

Project BuILD exposes and trains our world’s future business leaders to be socially sensitive and responsible businessmen and women who will be able to lead our nations in purging poverty worldwide

SEE Program

AIESEC has been actively involved in social issues that concern the world and has been committed to finding solutions to these problems. AIESEC, together with The Entrepreneurial School of Asia (ESA) is organizing the Social Entrepreneurship Experience (SEE) Program.

The SEE program is a three-month joint project by AIESEC UPD and The Entrepreneurs School of Asia which aims to address poverty here in the Philippines. AIESEC interns from all over the world will participate in activities such as immersion, mentorship, research and training experience with micro-entrepreneurs in order to transform themselves to achieve a social entrepreneurship mindset while helping communities start their own sustainable business to cope with their poverty.
